Ensur is a product built by Provoke that allows organisations to aggregate essential alerts and notifications from their Azure solutions and Office 365, allowing customers to monitor their crucial platforms 24/7.  

These alerts are categorised and prioritised in a centralised web portal. Provoke’s expert support engineers are alerted via email or text message to begin an investigation and issue resolution. Ensur also integrates with ticketing management solutions, enabling end to end platform support.
