Grounding with Bing Custom Search leverages the power of Bing Custom Search to enhance your AI Agents with intelligent and relevant search results. This tool allows you to build a domain space that fits your needs to deliver relevant search results while allowing you to adjust the parameters at any time. With Grounding with Bing Custom Search, you can quickly and reliably define the slices of the web that you want to draw from, change the parameters of the sites you want and don't want at any time, and have full control of the scope of your grounding domain.

This tool can only be used as a knowledge source for the Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, in combination with other data sources. By enabling this tool, the Agent is able to search the defined web subspace for the required information to fulfill the user query. The final output includes the model result grounded with Bing data.

To enable this tool, a resource must be created and then a connection must be added to it from Azure AI Foundry Portal.
