VOSS Discover - discovery and planning for moving your existing PBX to Microsoft Teams Voice

VOSS Discovery is a cloud delivered service that provides discovery into existing PBX systems - as part of planning the move of voice services to Microsoft Teams.

The service provides:

  • A complete inventory of the existing PBX configuration
  • A review of possible feature gaps and issues (when performing the migration)
  • A planning workshop with level 1 plan
  • Feedback on best practise and approach
  • SQL database for data management and modelling (at scale)

The service is delivered from a backup of the existing PBX so as to minimize any disruption on the live PBX service.
