Real-time API sync of HRMS workers into Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Active Directory

Aquera imports workers and candidates from HRMS apps and applicant tracking systems (ATS)  to MS 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory, or hybrid active directory/Azure AD environments.  HRMS apps supported include:

  • Paychex
  • Paylocity
  • Sage HR (formerly CakeHR)
  • SAP HR
  • SAP Successfactors
  • UltiPro
  • Workday
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) supported include:
  • Greenhouse
  • iCIMS
  • JazzHR
  • Jobvite

This offering also supports the import of prospects and customer contacts from your CRM applications into Active Directory or Azure AD. Applications currently supported for this use case include:
  • Freshworks CRM
  • Hubspot
  • Salesforce
  • SugarCRM

 If we don't currently support your HRMS, ATS or CRM, we will build the needed connectivity on-demand.  

The following user provisioning and candidate provisioning capabilities are supported:

  • Multiple HRMS or ATS app synchronization to one or more Active Directory and Azure AD domains
  • Candidate sync and candidate to worker migration with Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Complex name conflict resolution on user creation
  • Active Directory and Azure AD group management 
  • Write-back of emails, phone numbers or any other attribute to HRMS
  • Multi-directory user sync 
  • MS 365 license management, shared mailbox creation and picture sync 
  • Organizational unit lookup and assignment
  • Auto-generation of management hierarchy in Active Directory or Azure AD
  • Webhook or API usage depending on ATS and HRMS support for real-time feeds
  • Attribute importation from any application including learning management systems 
  • Provisioning cloud-only users to Azure Active Directory in scenarios where on-premises Active Directory is not used, users will be provisioned directly from HRMS to Azure Active Directory
