Smart Industrial Operations: 8 week implementation

Insight Smart Industrial Operations is a solution accelerator designed to help industrial operators put in place systems that help monitor and manage all their commercial equipment, especially in remote locations.

Leveraging a range of Microsoft solutions including Azure IoT Hub, Azure Cosmos DB and Power BI, our IoT specialists will build a robust framework that includes many pre-packaged integrations combined with an open data platform accelerator. This will provide your organisation with a custom yet reusable solution, which will help streamline processes and reduces costs.

The solution connects to equipment via the onboard logic controllers or a data historian and uploads the data to the cloud.

Insight Smart Industrial Operation provides the following deliverables:

• Complete data collection and aggregation system to move on-premise telemetry to the cloud
• Machine learning models that calculate key metrics and offer predictions on performance and efficiency
• Support for running machine learning on-premise to allow for disconnected locations like mines
• Optionally add IP cameras and on-premise run vision cognition to identify safety and worker issues
