Cloud Print Server enables you to share printers on your network and centrally manage them in Azure for users on prem or in the cloud. Manage printing in Azure by using Active Directory Group Policies.

Cloud Print Server Features

  • Print management console, manage printers, view print queues, printer events, etc
  • Monitor print queues and receive notifications when print queues stop processing print jobs
  • Migrate existing print servers
  • Deploy printer connections to your users by using Active Directory Group Policy
  • Import existing print queues, printer settings, drivers from other print servers
  • Install printer-driver packages on the print server
  • Status of printers and print servers on the network
  • Find printers that have an error condition by using filters
  • Configure e-mail notifications or run scripts when a printer or print server needs attention
  • Display printer details such as toner and paper levels
