Cloud Migration: 6 weeks Implementation

The Cloud migration allows you to migrate your applications, servers or systems to Azure.

In the pilot phase, Cegeka will validate and fine-tune the migration process defined in the Azure Cloud migration assessment.

Afterwards Cegeka will focus on the prioritisation of the migration of critical workloads. Once all workloads have been defined the bulk migration phase will start by using Azure migrate.

These migrations can also be divided in multiple steps depending on their amount and the dependencies between them.

The optimization phase involves all activities needed after a migration wave to adjust and optimise a workload to its new environment and onboard the Azure monitoring and management capabilities.

After all migration phases, the different components and configurations that have been temporarily deployed are decommissioned and documentation will be written and shared
