This offer is a sample brain and simulator for the Bonsai machine learning platform. The simulator is a model (sometimes called a digital twin) of a small sheet metal production line, made with FlexSim. The brain learns how to sequence jobs as they enter the production line to optimize line performance. Choosing a good sequence is complex because each job requires a different amount of time at each stage in the production line. If a job on a downstream station takes a long time and the upstream job takes a short time, the upstream item will be blocked. A good sequence minimizes this kind of delay.
