The Backup Management Service of ADEO in general includes remote monitoring of related backup software and hardware on a 5/8 basis, management and maintenance operations which belong to the customer within the framework of ADEO's technical competencies.

The core feature of the managed services has been included into Backup and Recovery Service work process as well. The management / business operations of the backup environment, which is being quite challenging for enterprises and organizations, is provided within the scope of the services managed by ADEO on a 5/8 basis. The scope of this service can be customized according to the customer, and it is given in general terms as indicated in the “Scope” heading.



SCOPE


  • Analyzing the existing backup infrastructure and customer needs 
  • Carrying out the necessary improvement (fine-tune) studies taking into account
  • Review and improvement of existing backup policies
  • Documentation of the backup policy or revision of the existing document
  • 5/8 Support service via ADEO Service Desk
  • 5/8 monitoring of backup 
  • Respond to problems that may occur related to backup software and/or hardware
  • Vendor support call for backup software and/or hardware (support case management
  • Meeting newly generated backup requests and integration into the backup environment according to customer policies and needs (where there is a test environment)
  • Performing restoration tests
  • Return (restore) operations from backup in case of need




Adeo has also integrated the most up-to-date technologies such as Azure Lighthouse into its service in order to ensure the security of the service. Within the use of Azure Lighthouse, the records of the users' accesses will be stored and can be viewed by users in the managing tenant.
