Application Health provides a turn-key solution to deploying and supporting your custom built applications. Built on top of Azure DevOps, it is based on a fully automated deployment motion, leveraging continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Monitoring


Azure Monitor is the foundation of our monitoring platform. Azure Monitor maximizes the availability and performance of your applications by delivering a comprehensive solution for collecting, analyzing, and acting on telemetry from your environments. It helps us understand how your applications are performing and proactively identify issues affecting them and the resources they depend on.

Support and Remediation


When issues arise, we work to triage the issues and provide speedy resolution. This includes investigation of the cloud platform and application for any issues, batched updates to code and configuration, as well as critical incident support and escalations to Microsoft when necessary. This allows you to focus on more strategic business initiatives.

Development


At New Signature, we document everything. And as part of this solution, we manage your development backlog, reports and user stories. We also maintain code repositories, as well as develop, test and deploy new functionality

Release Management


We manage the deployment of new features through the release cycles and work to test, execute and automate those features with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) pipelines. Beyond that, we help to provide governance over your applications using best practices and your own unique corporate policies.

Development Cases and Incident Management


Our global Cloud Management Platform, powered by ServiceNow, provides customers with a central place to manage New Signature incidents and cases. It allows users to track the progress of cases from the point of being raised, right the way through to resolution. ServiceNow acts as the system of record for historical incidents and cases relating to customer solutions and applications. New Signature will create bespoke run-books for customer solutions to ensure relevant knowledge and desired actions are available to team members when an incident occurs, ensuring the fastest possible resolution.

Release

New Signature’s team is responsible for the end to end release control and application lifecycle management governance of applications and platforms we manage on Azure. New Signature will design, construct, manage and govern the pipelines created within Azure DevOps which control the deployment of the applications and data within different environments. For applications developed with Managed Deployment Pipelines, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) enables software to be updated at a much greater velocity than traditional package deployment, with reduced downtime and shorter deployment windows. For larger, monolithic applications built without Managed Deployment Pipelines, the need to aggregate code changes into longer term scheduled Periodic Manual Releases is an alternative approach to the faster, more agile CI/CD model.
