Trustmarque’s ‘Azure Eyes’ provides our Insights, Monitor, Act, Protect and Optimise tools and services. Providing oversight and insight of your Azure subscription(s) and helping organisations achieve optimal management of their Azure services.
Service Description
Trustmarque’s ‘Azure Eyes’ is our ready-made base managed service designed to provide expert insights and oversight of your Azure subscription(s). Helping to improve performance and operations, save money and protect your services and investment, as well as providing limited reactive support for your key Azure platform landing zone complements. Azure Eyes provides services and tools aligned to five service pillars:
- Insights – Provides customers with everything in one place through our single sign-on Cloud Management Platform (CMP). Providing customers will access to all our tools and services through one single management plane.
- Monitor – Provides our standard secure encrypted monitoring and alerting for agreed key Azure resources, providing customers and Trustmarque with notification of ‘events’ prior to them becoming service impacting incidents.
- Act - Provides proactive support from Trustmarque for key Azure resources residing within the customer Azure Platform Landing Zone. Should Trustmarque identify an issue with key resource, a case will be raised automatically with our Service Desk and our service operations team will begin investigation and remediation in conjunction with the customer’s IT team.
- Protect – Provides out suite of baseline architectural controls consisting of Guardrail deny controls and Advisory policies and controls to help protect organisations from data theft and exploitation.
- Optimise – Access to our Prism Lite tool provides customers with recommendations and high-level cost oversight and insight, for optimising their environment to help underpin informed decision making.
Each quarter we provide a Service Report and undertake a service review meeting. The review focuses on potential Cost Savings, Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency and Reliability recommendations aligned with the Well Architected Framework, as well a review of open and resolved cases.
Access to customers’ environment is provided through Azure Lighthouse.
